CRC railway department recognizes employees

The railway operations department of Central Romana held its traditional recognition ceremony for its employees to coincide with the 50th anniversary celebration of its Training School.  Trwo workers Manuel Lewest and Rufino Moreta, who have been working for 47 and 43 years in the company respectively, were recognized for their dedication and effort.

The event took place in the conference room of the Traffic Department, where a total of 26 employees from the train operations and railway maintenance areas were rewarded, for their commitment to stand out throughout the 2020-2021 harvest period.

During the ceremony, each outstanding employee received a plaque of recognition as well as a financial reward for their good job performance in the past year’s sugar production.  These awards have been handed out for 48 years in a row to highlight the effort and dedication of our employees.
